I love weddings. Big or small, fancy or simple, contemporary or romantic. They are all wonderful. My niece got married in March and I was allowed the honor of making her wedding cake. It was an intimate, family only wedding that required only a small cake. But who is to say that tiny cakes can't be beautiful? I included a little topper for them to take home with them as an anniversary cake, and two lovely doves on top as a symbol of their love. Cake is a wonderful way to celebrate the beginning of a new life together!
